We are a different , we are directly connected with farmers as we very closely work with farmers groups across the region. We work towards development of farmers and skill development in rural woman groups. We look for candidate who is eager to earn and grow along with farmers groups. We provide an environment which encourages risk-taking and trying out new things. Being in a growing category and a BUDDING one at that, our group and leaders have to possess the unavoidable will to think, act and be smart always. Our structures are largely flat with reporting being straight forward. Accountability and the freedom to fail go hand in hand. There are openings available in the areas of farming, product development, processing to retailing, domestic marketing.
